A sunny Saturday!

The wasps are here again! Really, they never left. They just pop right on in through the tracks in the windows. I've never had this experience before and wonder if it's a double-hung window issue. I've always had sliders or casement. This is new to me and we've been dealing with this for 2 years now.

I've been knitting all afternoon and am almost done with this piece. Then, sleeve #2 and steaming then seaming.
Ha!
It's only been 3 weeks since I started this sweater and on size 15 needles it shouldn't be taking me this long. Maybe I've been drifting off too often. I've been having a hard time staying focused the last couple weeks. I did manage to finish that one pair of socks.

This is the yarn I won on eBay a while back. I had to go to the post office to pick it up this morning. The lady that I buy it from seems to think that she needs a signature from me before the mailman can leave it. I pay about the same in gas and time as I do in shipping.
If I stick to my Yarn Diet this shouldn't be an issue. It's real nice ribbon kinda ladder sorta yarn. I have 5 balls and they'll go just fine with the other yarn I have that's in an off-white color that I have 2 lbs. of.

I saw a Jeep on my way to work on Thursday that I just want so bad. I know, we already have 2 Jeeps. What's 1 more? It's one of the new Unlimiteds and the colors were awesome. Hmmm. It would go real well with that brown/white yarn right there. It was off-white with khaki doors. I was on the Jeep.com site for a while and could seem to build myself one with those colors so I don't know what they're up to there.
If anyone knows, let me know. I want a photo of one in those colors so I can remind myself why I'm on a yarn diet. I will need something new to drive in a year or so. My TJ will be turning 8 this July. I know it's got lots of good years left, but, I don't want to keep driving it to work. I want it to have a chance to do what Jeeps are meant to do - go off road!
