I just love the view I have from the chair where I'm sitting right now. It changes everyday. We were supposed to have about 7" of snow this a.m. but we got some rain during the night and just enough snow early this morning to stick to the branches of the trees.
I also just found out that my camera will do lots of things if I have the right software on my computer. So, more pics to come.
Knitting Olympics! Who would have thought of such a thing.
Right now, I'm turning into a Chain Sock Knitter. I only waited long enough to put down 1 finished pair of socks and picked up the next ball of yarn to start another pair. Right now, I'm using Lion Brand Magic Stripes. I see that I have another ball of the same yarn in the same colorway on the floor behind me. I think daughter #1, Laura, would love a pair, too.
I've been making the cuff longer on my socks and finding that I still have lots of yarn left over. I like my socks higher, especially since I'm in and out at work between buildings. Wait, I haven't worn any of my socks to work yet. I only have 2 pair now. Maybe today is a "special sock day".
Back to the Knitting Olympics.
I'm going to knit the Mari Lyn Patrick sleeveless mock-neck sleeveless pullover in the VK Holiday edition. #23 I do believe.
What's the challenge? Just paying attention. That's my challenge.

love your photos. i think you are excellent, and some of your landscapes are almost "painterly". they sure make me have great feelings... of being there and seeing the view out your window!
