Ok - I'm updating....

First - new yarn arrived yesterday - I just love that sparkly stuff! The other two are - on the left, wool; and on the right is lavendar wool.

Socks below! That's where I'm at right now for the Knitting Olympics. 1 pair in black cotton mixed with a fine variegated yarn.

My other sock over here didn't show up real well in the photo. It really doesn't look anything like the photo in person. Even after the KO are over, I'll keep knitting and I will post the finished pair.

In the meantime, I have 3 sweaters in limbo. One in an aqua wool, one in cotton/linen, and the purple/pink one that I posted a photo of a long time ago.

I often feel like I've got Knitting Attention Deficit Disorder, but, after you think about it, no - that's not it. There's too many yarns out there and just not enough time. So, I think we work on so many different items at one time so we know what each yarn looks and feels like. If we knit a little, we may be temporarily satisfied so we move on to another one or go back to one already in use. My problem gets real serious if too many yarns are in my viewing area. I see them and wonder "what would it look like as..." and it just keeps going and going. There are about 5 or 6 unfinished objects down in the basement, too.
