This is Steve's new scarf. It's not made of any fancy yarn 'cause, if it was, he wouldn't wear it.
I used Red Heart yarn. Camouflage. But then, I think that's pretty obvious, eh?
It didn't feel like the old acrylics that we're all used to. I was surprised. Watching the pattern work itself out was mezmerizing. I still have a pair of socks to finish for him, but, this was calling to me and once I started it I had to keep going 'til it was done.

wow - that is stupendous! i don't think it looks like red heart at all. and nice to know it has a good "hand".
what stitch did you use to get such a nice effect?

? 1 sk, and what needles? and give me pattern # of st to cast on?
